Curanderismo
Traditional Mexican Holistic & Spiritual Healing
Curanderismo is a traditional healing practice rooted in the Indigenous and folk-healing traditions of Mexico and Latin America. It approaches wellness through the interconnected relationship between the body, mind, emotions, spirit, community, and the natural world.
Each session is individualized and may incorporate traditional practices such as limpia (energetic cleansing), prayer and intention, herbal traditions, spiritual guidance, and other culturally rooted healing practices.
A Curanderismo session may be especially meaningful during times of transition, emotional heaviness, spiritual disconnection, stress, or when you simply feel the need to restore a greater sense of balance and connection.

What to Expect

Your session begins with a conversation about what has brought you in and what you would like support with. From there, the session is intuitively and traditionally guided according to your individual needs.
Depending upon the session, traditional elements may include energetic cleansing, prayer, herbs or plants, spiritual practices, and intentional ritual. Because Curanderismo is highly individualized, no two sessions are exactly alike.
You are welcome to participate regardless of your personal spiritual or religious beliefs. Your boundaries and beliefs will always be respected.

Curanderismo is offered as a traditional spiritual and holistic wellness practice. It does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions and is not a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.

A limpia is a traditional cleansing practice used to clear spiritual or energetic heaviness and encourage greater balance and connection.

Soul Retrieval
Soul retrieval is a spiritual healing practice based on the traditional understanding that difficult or overwhelming life experiences can sometimes leave a person feeling disconnected from parts of themselves. (Susto)
Through intentional spiritual work and journeying, a soul retrieval session focuses on reconnection, integration, and restoring a greater sense of personal wholeness.
Soul retrieval is offered as a spiritual practice and should not be interpreted as psychotherapy or treatment for trauma or other mental health conditions.

Herbal consultations explore ways plants and traditional preparations may be incorporated into personal wellness and spiritual practices. Recommendations may include traditional uses of herbs, teas, baths, washes, aromatic preparations, or other appropriate applications.
